We do our best to guide our customers and members through the rough spots, and we understand how frustrating it can be not to have support questions answered in a timely manner. Technical support questions relative to our original template design is free of charge by emailing our tech support team. For the fastest responses, please follow the steps below:

2) Included detailed information about the problem you are experiencing, your license number, the template number (if applicable), the URL on your web server where your source code can be viewed for troubleshooting purposes, etc.
3) Do not send email with attachments. Our mail servers are programmed to auto-delete mail arriving with attachments or embedded content.
Where can I find tutorials on how to use your templates?
While our templates are easy to work with, we do understand that you will likely have a question or two at times. We have a collection of articles available to the general public which we have written to help others with the basics of CSS and web design. We publish new original articles and tips written by our template designers periodically as a free public service to help educate webmasters about "effective" web design. For customers who have placed orders with us and subscribing members, we have a Knowledge Base of Q&As on how to edit our templates, answers to common web design questions, and other general information.
I lost my members login information. How do I get it?

Be sure to include the full name on your account (not your login name) and your authorized email address on the account. We cannot send login information to anyone but the authorized user of the account.
I am having trouble logging into my membership account. What should I do?

Also, 1.5% of the login problems are due to the account having naturally expired in which case you will need to re-subscribe if you wish to regain access to our designs. Login Tip 1: Copy/paste the exact username and password into the login fields. Be extra careful NOT to copy any invisible spaces before or after the username or password. Most login problems are due to the copy/paste of invisible characters such as spaces.
Login Tip 2: All letters are case sensitive. If your username and password contains uppercase and/or lowercase letters, they must be typed exactly. Be sure your "CAPS LOCK" is not on.
