How do I get a membership discount voucher?
If you have purchased individual web templates from us in the past you are eligble to get a full discount on all prior web template purchases toward a web template membership with us. Inside each order deliver email you will find a discount voucher number. If this voucher number has expired, or you need to combine several purchases into one voucher, contact our PreSales Dept. to get a new voucher number.
For example, if you purchased two web templates in January, two in February and two in March and then in June you wish to subscribe to a membership plan, we will deduct a full $30.00 USD from your membership fee (6 web templates x $5.00 USD each = $30.00 USD discount).

I purchased a membership but have not received access information yet. Why not?
Payments are not approved in real time. Depending on what day or what time of day you purchased your membership, will depend on when the payment processing will take place. We generally provide you with access information within an hour during normal office hours IF the transaction is approved by the payment processor and all information provided is accurate.

I own a design firm and have several designers who work for me. Is it okay if we all use the same account?
No. Membership accounts are for a one-user license. Sharing your account with anyone is strictly forbidden and will immediately result in the termination of your account *without* a refund. Our private areas are heavily monitored for suspicious behavior and will automatically react accordingly. We do offer discounts to design firms that employ more than one designer. Contact us for more information regarding purchasing a membership account for each of your designers.

How often do you add more templates?
Our membership area was launched on May 28, 2002 with 75 web templates designed with CSS. We add new templates several times per week. Our templates are unlike others you may have unfortunately encountered. They are within themselves EACH a fully functional web site ready for your content and links. Besides adding new web templates every week, we also add other freebies periodically such as generic 404 error pages, generic thank you pages, generic forms, icons, tips, articles, etc. that further increases the resourcefulness of this one-of-a-kind web template membership service.

Why was my membership application denied?
Sometimes it is necessary to deny membership applications. The reasons are varied but usually it has something to do with the information you provide us and/or your payment information was in error, denied by the card processing company (yours or ours) or the order was obviously fraud. We reserve the right to refuse membership applications (without explanation) if we feel your access to our private areas is not in the best interest of our business and other members.

If my application is not approved, is my payment refunded?
Yes. If you paid for a membership subscription by credit card, your card will not be charged if your membership is not approved. If you paid via PayPal, and your application is not approved, we immediately initiate your refund through the PayPal service.

How can I be sure that my membership will really last the full term?
Unlike most of the template designers now on the WWW selling their products, we have been in business since 1994 with extensive experience in web development. We are not a fly-by-night, here-today and gone-tomorrow company. If you subscribe you will have access for the term of the plan you purchased provided you follow our membership policies and Terms of Use. Banning or terminating members accounts is not something we like to do, but we will do it if your behavior is detected as being threatening, suspicious, fraudulent, etc. Our security system monitors and reacts automatically according to what it detects. Do not abuse your rights to be there and you will have a very resourceful and worthwhile experience with us.

Can I tour the members area just to see if I want to join? I promise not to download anything.
Sorry but no. Our public preview area contains the same template previews as the members area. You can take the free tour to determine whether you want to join.

I am a member and my login information no longer works. What should I do?
It may be possible that your membership account has expired. In which case you should have received reminder notices to renew provided the email we have on file for your account is still valid.
Double check to be sure you are entering your username and password correctly. They are both case sensitive which means uppercase and lowercase letters needs to be typed exactly as provided to you in your welcome letter.
